In the unusual event you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org, within 48 hours of receiving, with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.
Due to high demand order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be received. However if you have not received your order confirmation, please contact us via email email@example.com with your order number and we can resend you your confirmation.
You will only be charged for any purchases you have made.
If you have tried to purchase an item and money has come out of your account but did not reach the confirmation page the money should go bounce back into your account within a few days automatically. If you are sure you have placed an order please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
